The Care Quality Commission and local commissioning teams expect care providers to ensure that those who use their services are supported by people who are skilled to undertake their care.  This means making sure that staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to support people safely and respectfully.

We can deliver all courses in our training department here on Gregory Boulevard in Nottingham, or if you prefer we can train your staff within their own workplace if there are 6 or more for a session.
